Until parents of the good children start taking action against the parents of children who are constantly disturbing classrooms, teachers will continue to have an impossible task.
Disruptive children need to be removed from the classroom, but are now protected by threats of lawsuits against teachers. Parents, if you have a good student in a class with a disruptive one, it is time for you to seek legal remedies.
